PROJECT AREA

TOTAL AREA: 9750 m²

Homeros Valley, spanning 500,000 square meters and contributing to the ecological structure of the city, is home to endemic plant species specific to Izmir. The valley takes its name from the Ionian poet Homer, who lived in these lands and conveyed humanity's emotions through his epics and poems.

The inspiration for Homeros Villas also comes from this place. Its proximity to the city center marked the initial input in the creation process, aiming to establish a natural living space with a forest view amidst urban life. The surrounding greenery has been incorporated into the design area, with private landscaping areas for each villa, promoting the integration of architecture and nature. Taking into consideration the feelings of residents sitting on balconies and in gardens, the inclusion of water features between blocks has been strategically placed to prioritize the harmony of green and blue, providing a sense of serenity.

The 10 blocks comprising Homeros Villas have been designed with a "neighborhood" concept, each differentiated by material choices on the façade while maintaining overall harmony. These 2 or 3-story apartments, designed in adjoining arrangements, offer modern architectural solutions with different floor plans to meet the diverse needs of residents.
